Day 3

Hey there,
Hope you're all doing well.
Here's the new daily challenge:

Walk 3250 steps today. Don't forget to strap on your pedometer in the morning!

10 sit-ups

Turn on the radio to something upbeat and dance, dance, dance for at least 5 minutes! Pull the kids in on this one! Little kids love to boogie! Big kids may roll their eyes but they'll get over it, lol!
